I am an experienced small business owner and people operations manager with formal training in HR leadership, adult development, and the consulting process.

I have spent fourteen years leading people operations: as a front-line supervisor, department head, and small-business owner. My path to HR has not been a traditional one, but my entire career has been focused on connecting organizational & employee needs for and setting both up for mutual success.

When I look at my career — at what I care about & am good at — I understand that the reason behind what I do is to facilitate good work & good work environments. That is why I dedicated myself to HR.

I further discovered the power & potential that local businesses & organizations have to create resilience, prosperity, and freedom in their communities. I am a collaborative dreamer & doer who is energized by the creative potential inherent to entrepreneurial projects & independent organizations. I knows from experience that it takes a team to make dreams reality and that work is hugely impactful on people’s lives.
